If you choose to cancel your membership before any hosting has been set up and anything has been downloaded, you can simply reach out and cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

If you choose to cancel your membership after your hosting and website have already been setup but before 12 months of membership, we charge $250USD for concierge off-boarding to alleviate some of the upfront costs associated with products, services rendered and any other bonuses you receive for being a part of the membership.

After 12 Months of Membership: We’ll need at least 30 days to successfully plan and manage off boarding your website to an alternatively hosting company or your own account on WP Engine (still our preferred vendor). This concierge off boarding service is free of charge after one year of membership.
